Cakengineer vs. Engineer!

Well, not really vs. but I cant think of a better middle word... &? Im not sure... Anyway I LOVE making cakes and I love that I learn something new with every cake and each one looks different and unique. However with every great hobby there is the day job that pays for the hobby! My day job is an Engineer with CN rail! I graduated university last year with a degree in Engineering and have been working at CN since then!

 This cake combines my day job and my hobby pretty well! I made it last summer for my Dad's birthday. (He also works for CN) and never got around to posting it!

Cute isn't it? Anyway thats all for now! I have a few cakes coming up so I will post again soon!
